Here you will find lots of information regarding the pet care services and dog training that I provide, as well as useful videos, hints and tips to help you with your dog or cat. I have been proudly providing animal care services since 2019 and dog training since 2023. I am also currently working towards achieving an Advanced Diploma in Canine Behaviour to be able to provide an additional service in the form of Canine Behaviour Assessments.

Hello there, my name is Karen. I love animals and have always had a dog as a family pet since I was young.
My passion for animals, especially dogs, really took off when I lived in Spain. I volunteered at an animal shelter where most of the animals were dogs and cats, but we did have the occasional donkey, horse and even a monkey! Over the 3 years I was helping with the rescue I became very involved in fostering dogs and have taken around 65 dogs into my home as a foster, and I have had 2 or 3 come through my doors since I moved back to Scotland. In fact, I have had at least 1 dog in my life one way or another for the last 18 years - I currently have 3 dogs of my own and two grown up so life keeps me on my toes but I love it!
When I moved back to Scotland in 2018, I started working with children, but I still couldn't shake my love for animals, in particular, dogs. In 2019 I decided to start my own animal care business so that I could fulfill my desire to work with dogs (and the occasional cat!).
Since 2021, my interest in working with dogs expanded and I decided that I wanted to move into dog training. So for 16 months I shadowed an established trainer to gain the knowledge, techniques and information needed to be able to do one of the best jobs in the world. I look forward to helping you and your dog!
I now offer a Basic Obedience Class and private 1-2-1 sessions to help owners and their dogs that are having a bumpy time in their training journey.

Just thought you’d like to know that we had a day in St.Andrews last week and Scout came along too. We were extremely pleased with her behaviour, she hardly paid attention to other dogs , only a little and a gentle reminder was all she needed. The same with people. Walking through the town she was calm and didn’t pull.
